Why do you do it?

I know what it's like to go without and I know what it's like to be hungry, it's not at all a great feeling. I also know the feeling of being down and out as well as standing by a loved one who is or had experienced the same situation or events as I once did. I've had family whose been in and out of “the system” all my life, So this is near and dear to my heart. It’s not about making money, it’s about helping and doing the leg work for families within this small but very known community. It’s about being there and showing up when it counts. It’s about standing up and staying strong during the whole process.

Where Do You Ship?

All New York at the moment.

What Are The Restrictions Regarding Shipping?

Absolutely No Glass, Boxes, Pill-back lids or Plastic. All Purdue Chicken traps have to be somatically sealed. 

What Is The Weight Restriction per package?

We try to keep our packages at a maximum weight of total 40 lbs.

What Is The Process of an Individual receiving the package?

Once the package is out of our hands (we are NOT responsible for the package) and shipped to the location, It’s picked up from the postal office by an employee and delivered to it's location. 

Do I receive confirmation when the package arrives?

Yes, A confirmation email along with a tracking number will be provided upon processing your order and when it has shipped/arrived.

Are frozen foods allowed?

We do ship frozen goods. It is placed in a frozen freeze bag along with dry ice to keep fresh until it reaches it's destination.

Do you sell clothing?

No, not at the moment BUT we do plan on making our store a one stop shop in the near future.

Why is my order delayed?

The process of getting your order out of the door is quick. Delays are caused by Postal, Facility and Delivery time frames. We are NOT responsible for the package once out of our hands.

Does the individual receive their package in hand?

Yes. Every person who receives a package we try to deliver it personally and if we can't it is shipped out.

What happens if an item is out of stock after I place an order?

We carefully update our store as much as possible, but sometimes the demand for items are intense. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and present other options of equal price and/or substitute for a different item.

What happens if an individual is waiting to receive a package but they are transferred or it is lost or delivered to another facility?

We will refund you upon proof of transfer.

What happens if a package is lost or damaged?

If a package that is placed ends up lost after delivered, we are NOT responsible. There are no refunds. If a package is damaged in transit we're NOT responsible for it.

BUT depending on the extent of the damage, you may be entitled to a replacement upon proof of damages.
